1Who we are
This website and the ClearShift products are run by ClearShift ("we", "us"). These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of this website and to any product you buy from us. By using the site or making a purchase, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
2What you're buying
ClearShift products are digital downloads: PDF brain sheets, cards, checklists and guides for nurses and nursing students. Nothing physical is shipped. After payment you get access to your files right away through the download link provided at checkout.
We describe each product as accurately as we can, including what's in the bundle, the paper size (US Letter) and the layouts included. Screenshots on this site show the actual sheets.
3Prices and payment
Prices are shown in US dollars and are charged once, at checkout. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges unless a product clearly says so.
Checkout and payment are handled by our payment provider, Whop. Your card details go directly to them; we never see or store your full card number. Your purchase is also subject to Whop's own terms.
We may change prices at any time, but a change never affects an order you've already paid for.
4Your license to use the files
When you buy, we give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, print and use the files for your own work and study. In practice that means:
- You can print as many copies as you need for yourself, keep the files on your own devices, and write on the printed sheets.
- You can't share, forward, sell, give away or upload the files (or edited versions of them) to other people, shared drives, websites, marketplaces or social media.
- You can't claim the designs as your own or use them to make a competing product.

5Not medical advice
ClearShift sheets are organizing tools. They are not clinical guidance, protocols, or a substitute for your training, your preceptor, your facility's policies, or a provider's orders. Always follow your facility's policies, procedures and documentation requirements.
Brain sheets hold patient information. You are responsible for handling them according to your facility's privacy rules and applicable law, including HIPAA in the US. Never take them home, and shred them at the end of every shift.
6Refunds
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. The full details are in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms.
7Intellectual property
All content on this site and in our products, including the sheet designs, text, graphics and the ClearShift name, belongs to us and is protected by copyright and other laws. Buying a product gives you the license described above, not ownership of the designs.
Quotes from nurses shown on this site come from public discussions on allnurses.com, are credited with a link to the source, and describe brain sheets in general.
8Using the website
Please don't misuse the site: no attempts to break, overload or hack it, no scraping, and no sending spam or harmful content through the contact form.
9No warranties
We work hard to make the sheets useful and accurate, but they are provided "as is". We don't promise that they will suit every unit, facility or workflow, or that the site will always be available without interruption. Some places don't allow certain warranty exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
10Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, ClearShift will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that purchase. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when they last changed. The version in place when you bought a product applies to that purchase.
